Boston Pizza RDP Athlete of the Week for September 22, 2025

Calgary’s Kohen Meckelborg gave a gutsy effort at Running Room Grand Prix #2. In his short time competing in ACAC Cross Country Running, the Bachelor of Business Administration student has made tremendous strides.

In Lethbridge, Meckelborg (31:58) placed sixth among ACAC males over 8 km, helping the RDP Kings rank first with 25 points. The Kings eclipsed second-place Lethbridge Polytechnic (51 points) by 26 points.

Meckelborg and the Red Deer Polytechnic Kings Cross Country Running team will look to defend their top placement in Grande Prairie on September 27.
